22% felt that Novara was actually the outright best provider in the Irish market. 85% of those questioned had hosting services with 2 or more Irish providers.

When asked why clients had chosen Novara in the first place 29% had said it was due to Novara's competitive prices, 24% said ease of use of the Novara websites and control panels, 16% said the reputation for high quality customer service and 14% said for the high up time reliability of their services.

In contrast 29% of those questioned stated that the high quality of customer service was the reason they stayed with Novara. A lower percentage (26%) gave cost as the reason for staying with Novara while reliability of service (16%) and ease of use(13%) were also important factors.

The survey was carried out in January and February 2005 by Comit Marketing using a sample segment of Novara clients.
